ACS Industrial  recently saved me alot of trouble on encoder repair.  The axis our Heidenhain encoder was on finally quit working after a few stops and starts over  a couple of days.  I sent it to another repair house that had it for weeks.  I kept calling but they never did repair it.  When I got it back, I sent it to ACS Industrial.  By then I was getting frantic so I ordered rush service and ACS Industrial had a quote for repair back to me in 24 hours after they got it.  I got my repaired Heidenhain encoder back on the machine and it worked perfectly.  It saved me money in the long run.

Our National Instrument 100Hz signal generator quit operating in the middle of a large test program.   We thought maybe the oscilloscope function was bad, but were not sure. 

We called ACS Industrial and they told us to send it right in.  ACS got our signal generator back in working order including calibration and got it back to us quickly so we could finish our job. 

After that, we had such confidence in ACS that we sent them some of our other failed test equipment that has been sitting on a shelf just gathering dust because they were out of warranty and we did not know where to send them for repairs.
