Tamagawa Encoder Repaired = Customer Very Happy

Got another one of those delightful phone calls yesterday that just has to be shared.  

Our customer was so happy to have his Tamagawa encoder successfully repaired that he wanted to let us know that it is reinstalled and working great!

He uses the encoder on a Mazak CNC Machine Tool.  And, it turns out, they have NEVER been able to get these encoders successfully repaired anywhere before.  All failures. 

ACS Indstrial was the first to successfully repair encoders for this customer.  Now, that’s a fine way to end the day!
