Servo Motors Worth Repairing

Servo motors are often expensive to purchase but usually well worth repairing when they develop problems.

Servo motors can develop a number of typical problems, most of which are repairable such as:  bad bearings, loose magnets, shorted windings or a bad encoder/resolver/tachometer. Other common causes can be stalled tooling, a bad drive, windings shorted out (usually from overheating),  bad lip seals, and worn end bells can compromise the bearing function.

Our servo motor repair technicians and machinists are experts with many years of experience.  Each motor will be rigorously inspected using “real life” full load conditions during the free evaluation process.

It will then be repaired quickly following your approval, and tested.  Your servomotor or spindle motor will be rebuilt to look and work like new.

Best of all, your motor will be covered by a one-year comprehensive warranty.

Some of the manufacturers we service include Allen Bradley, Baldor, Bridgeport, Cincinnati Milacron, Fadal, Fanuc, Gettys, Giddings & Lewis, Haas, Hermle, Indramat, Inland, Kollmorgen, Matsura, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Mori Seiki, Okuma, Peerless, Yaskawa, and more.  We also have exchange units available.
